We intend to make the resolution process as quick and efficient as possible. To help us achieve this, please include the following:
i. Programme Title & Episode Number/Title of the Film.
ii. Category of the complaint - Classification of content, Age rating of the content, and/or Content related.
iii. Short summary of the complaint.
iv. Your details - Full Name, Contact Details (email id and mobile number).
i. Receipt of any complaint pursuant to the above will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receiving the complaint during working hours.
ii. Upon review of the complaint, Grievance Officer of Reeldrama (Level-I) will respond to your complaint with all particulars as soon as possible.
If your grievance is not addressed at LEVEL I, you can escalate it to LEVEL II
i. Reeldrama is a member of the Self-Regulatory Organisation, Digital Publishers Content Grievances Council(DPCGC).
ii. DPCGC at Level II, is the highest authority to address your grievance.

U/A 16+ | Online curated content which is suitable for persons aged 16 years and above, and can be viewed by a person under the age of 16 years with parental guidance. |
A | Online curated content which is restricted to adults. |
You can send a complaint in English language. For the complaints to be valid, you must send the complaint to the Grievance Officer (Go) and the complaint must specify all the relevant particulars such as Programme Title, Episode Number, Film Title along with your details such as Full Name, Contact Details (email id and mobile number) should be furnished in the complaint.
You can complain regarding "classification of content" , "age rating of the content" and/or "any specific portion of content" that you have reasons to believe is in breach of the Code of Ethics provided under Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
NOTE: Please use customer support email id (support@reeldrama.com) for any issues such as subscription not working, app not working on a device, unable to log into platform etc.Receipt of a complaint will be acknowledged by us. The Grievance Officer will then review the complaint to ascertain if the grievance is with respect to "classification of content", "age rating of the content" and/or "any specific portion of content" and whether it is in violation of the Code of Ethics provided under Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. If the Grievance Officer finds such aspect of the complained content to be in violation, we shall take a necessary action to address the concern and will respond to you accordingly.
The Grievance officer will make the best effort to respond to the complaint within 15 days from the receipt of the complete complaint.
You may file an appeal with DPCGC ONLY when:1. You filed a grievance with Reeldrama but you did not receive a response from the Grievance Officer within 15 days of filing the grievance; or
2. You received a response from the Grievance Officer of Reeldrama but you are not satisfied with it.
